Apollo & Clay Lead Generation

I’m looking for an experienced operator who can log into my existing Apollo and Clay workspaces, spin up proven workflows, and keep a steady flow of qualified B2C contacts coming in. The single goal is clear: generate new leads among Millennial and Gen Z consumers and feed them directly into our sales funnel.

Here’s the flow I have in mind. You’ll use Clay to source and enrich age-targeted consumer data, then sync everything into Apollo, segmenting by the buyer personas we already outlined. From there, build and schedule outreach sequences, tweak subject lines and copy as performance data rolls in, and keep deliverability healthy by monitoring inbox rotation, bounce rates, and spam signals.

Every week I’d like:

• A fresh batch of enriched contacts that match our age-based criteria
• Sequence performance stats (opens, clicks, replies, conversions) with a quick insights summary
• Any recommendations on copy, timing, or channel diversification that could lift results

I’ll provide account access, existing templates, and brand guidelines on day one.
