Residential 3D Rendering & Animation

I have a residential project ready for marketing material and investor presentations, and I need it brought to life through high-quality visualization. The brief is straightforward:

• A 30-second exterior animation that smoothly shows off the main architectural features, landscaping, and overall curb appeal.
• Roughly 12 photo-real stills covering both exterior hero angles and key interior spaces. We can finalise which rooms work best once you review the plans with me—living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, or any statement zones that help tell the story.

You’ll receive the pdf files, reference images, and mood directions the moment we agree to proceed. My expectation is clean, realistic lighting, accurate materials, and consistent styling across every frame. Feel free to work in 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or your preferred toolset so long as the outcome is crisp and professionally graded.
