I need a straightforward static-structural simulation carried out in Ansys for a small steel double roll assembly—specifically the two side-plates and the two rolls. All native CAD files are ready to hand over as soon as the work starts.

Loading will be a mix of point loads and uniform pressure, exactly as the machine sees in service. I can clarify magnitudes and directions, but I would like your guidance on choosing or defining the most suitable material models; I’m not certain whether standard library steel grades will suffice or if custom data is necessary.

What I expect back:

• Ansys workbench project files with meshes, boundary conditions, and solved results
• A concise report, in the format of a results and discussion section of a paper, highlighting maximum stresses, deflections, and safety factors, with images of the critical regions
• Any recommendations that emerge from the study—thickness tweaks, fillet changes, roll geometry, etc.

If anything about the loading or material setup is unclear, let me know early so we can lock it down quickly and keep the analysis cycle short.
