I have short single, straightforward general litigation question arising out of a civil dispute inside an Arizona Superior Court probate matter. It sits more on the general-litigation side (probate case but is a general court case litigation question) I only need a concise, authoritative answer—ideally with a brief citation to the controlling Arizona statute or case law that supports it.
