ANOVA on Citrus Virus Dataset

I have gathered stem diameter, plant height, and biomass data from roughly twenty citrus cultivars that were experimentally infected with a plant virus. Each cultivar-virus combination was measured in four biological replicates, while the healthy control was sampled once. Replicate variability is high and the work needs to stand up to peer review, so I am commissioning a formal statistical analysis focused on ANOVA.
You may work in SAS, SPSS, or R—whichever lets you document every step transparently and reproducibly.
Deliverables I need:
• Annotated code or syntax showing data import, model specification, assumption checks, and post-hoc comparisons.
• Publication-ready tables and figures that illustrate the effects of infection on diameter, height, and biomass across cultivars (boxplots or LS-means with 95 % CIs are ideal).
• A concise “Statistical Analysis” methods paragraph suitable for direct insertion into a manuscript, including model terms, degrees of freedom, and software/version details.
• A short interpretation outlining significant findings, caveats stemming from the single-replicate control, and any recommendations for additional tests if assumptions are not met.
The raw data will be supplied as a CSV file. Please keep everything confidential; I can provide an NDA on request. My target timeline is about a week—let me know promptly if that is unrealistic for you.
