Project title:
Animated product video (75s) for a healthcare SaaS: motion graphics + screen recordings, 3 formats
Skills to tag:
Motion Graphics, After Effects, Video Editing, Animation, Explainer Videos, UI Animation
Description:
We're Medhron (by ODI Technology), a hospital operating system. One platform runs a hospital's website, staff app, patient app, billing, health-membership cards and patient marketing, all from the same live data. Website: https://medhron.com (see https://medhron.com/howitworks).
We need a modern, premium 75-second product video. Think Stripe, Linear or Apple product films: dark backgrounds, glowing lines, smooth UI animation. No cartoon characters, no stock "smiling doctor" clips.
Core visual idea: Medhron sits at the centre as a glowing core. Energy flows out from it along lines and travelling dots to power each product: the hospital website, Pulse (staff app), Care (patient app), membership cards, in-app marketing, billing & pharmacy, and Medhron AI. Our /howitworks page shows this concept, so the video should feel like that page brought to life.
Script outline (we provide final voiceover text):
1. (0–6s) The problem: a hospital running on many disconnected systems.
2. (6–24s) Everything connects to the Medhron core; power flows to each product.
3. (24–62s) A patient's journey, using our real app screens:
- books on the website;
- the doctor is alerted;
- lab test and medicines land on one bill;
- the health-card discount applies;
- the report arrives in the patient app.
4. (62–68s) Management dashboard and the AI assistant.
5. (68–75s) Logo, "From ₹500 per bed", call to action: medhron
We provide:
- Script, logo, brand colours and font (Inter)
- Screen recordings and screenshots of the web and mobile apps
- Reference: our live website
Deliverables:
- 16:9 master, 1920×1080, about 75s
- 9:16 vertical cut, 1080×1920, about 30s (Reels/Shorts)
- 1:1 square cut, 1080×1080, about 30s (LinkedIn)
- A 15-second ad cut (16:9 and 9:16)
- Burned-in English captions, plus versions without captions
- Licensed background music and sound effects (licence included)
- Editable source files (After Effects or Premiere project)
- Full commercial rights transferred to us
Voiceover: optional. Quote with and without a professional Indian-English voiceover.
Process:
1. Style frames or moodboard (3–4 stills) for approval.
2. Animatic or rough cut.
3. Final animation.
4. Format cuts.
Includes 2 rounds of revisions at each stage.
Timeline: about 2–3 weeks from kickoff.
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000, depending on portfolio and quality. Milestone payments, one per stage above.
To apply, please include:
1. 2–3 links to SaaS or app product videos you made, ideally wn graphics. Generic templates or stock-footage edits won't beconsidered.
2. Your proposed approach for the "Medhron core powering apps t (2–3 lines).
