Animate Keyframes Into MP4

I have a small set of JPEG key-frame images—fewer than ten—that together represent the milestones of a short clip. I need them sequenced and timed so they play back as a single, smooth motion video in MP4 format.

Please handle any colour correction, basic transitions, or subtle motion interpolation needed to make the clip feel fluid; no complex VFX are required, just a clean, seamless flow from one frame to the next. When you deliver, I’d like:

• The finished MP4, encoded for standard playback at 1080p
• The project file or timeline (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) so I can make future tweaks if needed
