Android Utility App Build Setup

Our utility app is still in its initial development phase, and I need an experienced build engineer to turn the current Android Studio project into clean, reliable Google Play builds. The goal is simple: produce repeatable, signed AAB/APK packages that install flawlessly on Android devices and pass Play Store checks without manual re-work each time we update the code.

Here’s what I expect:
• Review the existing codebase and Gradle configuration.
• Configure keystore signing, versioning, and release build variants.
• Generate both debug and release builds, delivering AAB files ready for internal testing and production rollout.
• Provide a short, step-by-step note (or lightweight CI script if you prefer) so future builds can be reproduced with one command.
