Android Share Button Integration

I’m updating an existing Android app and want a native share feature added. The job is simple: place a standard Android share icon at the bottom of the main screen and wire it so the system share sheet opens with a pre-filled text string that the current activity already holds (I’ll point you to the exact variable once we start).

The project is in Android Studio, Kotlin codebase, MVVM pattern. Please keep your changes clean, well-commented, and limited only to the files necessary. I’ll give you access to the Git repo so you can work on a separate branch and send a pull request when the feature is stable on API 24+.

Deliverables
• Updated source with the bottom-aligned share button and fully working text-only share intent
• Short README noting every file you touched and how to test the new feature

I’ll confirm deliverables by building the branch, tapping the new icon, and seeing the text appear in Gmail, WhatsApp, and other share targets without crashes or warnings. Once that passes, we’re done.
