Android Phone UI Development Project

I’m building a new phone and my top priority right now is the Android software. Specifically, I need a fully-functional custom user interface that can be flashed onto the device and demonstrated on current Android hardware.

The UI should:
• Replace the stock launcher and system theme with a distinctive visual identity that matches the industrial design of the phone
• Run smoothly on the latest AOSP release and remain compatible with upcoming versions
• Include core screens (home, app drawer, notification shade, quick settings, settings menu) with fluid animations and Material-next styling
• Support essential Google Mobile Services integration so standard apps behave normally

Deliverables
1. Source code (Kotlin/Java with Android Studio or compatible build system)
2. Flashable image or instructions for integrating the UI into an AOSP build
3. Brief developer documentation covering architecture, theming guidelines, and how to extend or localise the interface

I’m open to suggestions on additional enhancements—pre-installed apps or advanced security layers could come later—but for this milestone the focus must stay on the custom interface. If you have shipped launchers or system UIs before, this should feel familiar.
