Android E-Shop Chatbot App

I run a physical shop and now want a single Android application that lets customers browse and buy while getting instant help from an in-app chatbot.

Core requirements
• E-shop section: a clean product catalog, working shopping cart, and seamless payment gateway integration so customers can complete purchases without leaving the app.
• Chatbot section: automated customer support able to answer common questions about our store and products, plus basic technical troubleshooting when users have issues with the app or their orders.

The chatbot should appear naturally inside the app (for example as a floating help icon) and respond in real time. A simple dashboard where I can update FAQs, product data, prices, and view chat logs would be ideal so I can manage everything myself without coding.

Final deliverables
1. Production-ready Android APK and full source code.
2. Brief documentation covering environment setup, how to add new products, edit FAQ answers, and connect a payment gateway of my choice.
3. One walkthrough session to ensure the build installs and runs correctly on my devices.

Clean UI/UX, smooth checkout flow, and reliable chatbot responses are the main acceptance criteria.
