Android Driver Pay Fintech Wallet

Driver Pay – “Desh Ke Drivers Ka Payment App” – is ready for build. The visual style should feel instantly familiar to PhonePe users, yet carry our own branding (logo is finalised). Only an Android version is required for this phase, with onboarding through Mobile Number + OTP.

Scope in a nutshell
I need a tightly-scoped MVP with just six screens and the five core functions below, wired to the live APIs we already use in production elsewhere. Please keep architecture clean so we can extend later.

Required features
• Wallet top-up through Razorpay Payment Gateway
• Instant send to any UPI handle or QR via Decentro / Setu payout routed through RazorpayX, with automatic 0.5 % cashback entry
• Mobile recharge through PaySprint
• FASTag recharge through PaySprint
• Dedicated cashback history screen

Tech specifics
• Kotlin or Flutter (your call) provided the APK passes Play-Console checks
• Secure key handling, error states, and transaction logs must be in place
• Previous, demonstrable Decentro UPI payout integration is mandatory – share a live Play Store link plus a Decentro demo video or staging build in your reply

What’s already on my side
API keys, logo assets, RazorpayX sub-account, Decentro and PaySprint credentials, and sample Postman collections will be delivered on Day 0. You focus purely on development; the fixed cost is ₹40,000 as stated.

Timeline & deliverables
Beta APK, source code, and short implementation notes are due within 15 calendar days. A quick smoke test on my device and successful payout to a test UPI ID will mark acceptance.
