Android 15 UI Customization

I need a developer who can give me full control over Android 15’s User Interface directly from the device itself—no desktop tools or ADB sessions. The goal is a portable-friendly solution that lets me edit:

• Icons and Themes
• Navigation Bar
• Home Screen Layout
• …and any other visual elements we can reasonably expose

Whether you achieve this through a standalone APK, an overlay engine, or a rootless AOSP mod is up to you, as long as it runs smoothly on stock Android 15 phones and tablets.

Deliverables
1. Compiled, installable package (APK or module)
2. Source code with clear build instructions
3. Step-by-step user guide that shows how to apply each UI change and roll it back
4. Brief testing report confirming the app works across at least two Android 15 devices

Acceptance Criteria
• Real-time or near-real-time previews before applying changes
• Edits persist after reboot without boot loops or system instability
• No noticeable performance hit on mid-range hardware
• Clean, intuitive interface so I can navigate the tool without extra documentation
