Create Claude AI Website for Real Estate Project

I need a small-footprint website that lets visitors interact with an Anthropic Claude–powered assistant acting as a public advocate for our upcoming real-estate development. The AI’s core role is to liaise with local authorities and the surrounding community, so every conversational flow must reflect accurate zoning language, planning timelines, and community-impact facts.

Beyond answering questions, the assistant should actively promote and schedule three kinds of engagement opportunities: town-hall meetings, community workshops, and stakeholder briefings. When a user shows interest, the AI must capture contact details, add the person to the correct event list, and trigger an email/SMS confirmation through our existing Mailchimp and Twilio accounts.

Please build the site in a modern stack (React or Vue on the front end, Node or Python on the back end—whichever you are fastest with) and wire it to Claude via the official API. A lightweight CMS for updating project factsheets, meeting dates, and municipality documents would save us time, so include that if possible.

Deliverables
• Responsive single-page site, styled to match our branding guide (will be supplied).
