Amazon FBA Expert to Resolve Inventory Issue

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Expert to help us resolve an ongoing inventory and FNSKU/barcode issue with Amazon.

We have a product with multiple prescription/strength variations, and Amazon has incorrectly mixed the inventory between the different variations. Customers are receiving the wrong prescription/strength even though the products were correctly prepared and labeled before being sent to Amazon.

Current Issue:
Amazon has mixed inventory between different FNSKUs/strengths.
Barcodes/FNSKUs are not matching the correct product variations in Amazon's fulfillment system.
Customers are receiving incorrect strengths.
Some product variations are showing unavailable while other variations show incorrect quantities.
We have already contacted Amazon multiple times, but their responses have not provided a proper resolution.
The issue has been ongoing for several months.
What We Need:

We need an experienced Amazon FBA specialist who can:

Investigate the inventory/FNSKU issue.
Review the shipment and inventory history.
Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support.
Escalate the case through the appropriate Amazon channels.
Identify why the inventory was incorrectly assigned/mixed.
Help get the inventory correctly assigned to the appropriate FNSKUs.
Help prevent customers from continuing to receive the wrong strength.
Provide a clear action plan and regular updates.

Important: We are looking for someone who has actually handled Amazon FBA inventory discrepancies, stranded/mixed inventory, FNSKU issues, and Seller Support escalations, not just a general Amazon VA.
