Two PDFs to Excel Tables

I have two PDF files that contain only tabular data and I need every cell moved into Excel so the worksheets look and behave exactly like the originals. No summaries, no re-ordering—just a faithful, line-by-line recreation with the same headers, column order, and visible formatting the PDFs already use.

Because the tables must match, please keep fonts, row heights, borders, merged cells, and any shading identical, so that when I place the sheets side-by-side with the PDFs it is impossible to spot a visual difference. Accuracy of the numbers and text is obviously critical as well.

Deliverables:
• One Excel workbook (or two separate .xlsx files if you prefer) that mirrors the two source tables exactly.
