I have a finished multi-layer PCB layout that now needs smart panelization to streamline our assembly line. Your task is to reopen the design in Altium Designer, create a production-ready panel that maximizes board count, adds fiducials, tooling holes, break-routing or V-cuts where appropriate, and clearly labels each sub-board so pick-and-place data stays intact.

Key goals
• Focus on improving production efficiency, not just fitting boards on a panel.
• Keep fabrication rules, drill clearances, and copper balancing compliant with standard FR-4 processes.
• Provide the final .PcbDoc panel file, updated Gerbers, drill files, and an assembly drawing that highlights panel break-out points.
