All-in-One Operations Tracking App

I need a developer who can turn our scattered spreadsheets and chat threads into a single, practical application that my team can open from any laptop, desktop, or phone—whether it’s an Android or an iPhone. The core goal is to give staff and managers one place to handle three things we juggle every day:

• updating job and task progress in real time
• logging customer inquiries and scheduling follow-ups
• recording payments, sending invoices, and tracking collections

A clean dashboard, simple role-based log-ins, and searchable history are all must-haves. If you have experience building cross-platform apps (React Native, Flutter, or similar) and can show working examples that combine task management with basic CRM and payment modules, I’d like to hear how you would structure the build and timeline.
