### Job Post: Automation Specialist (n8n, AVOXI, ElevenLabs, & WATI)
**Project Description:**
I am looking for an experienced automation and AI specialist to configure and integrate our business's sales and customer service ecosystem. The main goal is to build a seamless workflow where an AI voice agent handles incoming phone calls and triggers automated follow-ups via WhatsApp based on the call outcomes.
**Tools to be integrated:**
1. **n8n:** Workflow orchestration, webhooks, and data synchronization between platforms.
2. **AVOXI:** SIP trunking and telephony provider (Inbound/Outbound).
3. **ElevenLabs:** AI Conversational Voice Agent (System prompt integration and SIP syncing via AVOXI).
4. **WATI:** Official WhatsApp Business API automation and message triggers.
**Main Scope of Work:**
* Validate the SIP connection between AVOXI and ElevenLabs (ensuring proper traffic handling over UDP / Port 5060).
* Configure the AI conversational agent parameters within ElevenLabs.
* Build n8n workflows to capture call data (e.g., missed calls, successful sales, consultation bookings) and trigger immediate follow-up actions via WATI on WhatsApp.
**Important Note Regarding This Hire:**
I am fully aware of how these tools work technically, and the operational guidelines for each platform are already structured. However, due to the high volume of time required by other core operations in my business that I cannot step away from, I have decided to outsource the execution of this setup.
I am looking for someone highly competent, reliable, and agile. If this initial project is delivered with excellence and on schedule, I am very interested in expanding the contract for continuous automation demands and future development.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience building complex workflows in n8n (Self-hosted or Cloud).
* Solid understanding of VoIP, IP telephony, and the SIP protocol.
* Practical experience working with ElevenLabs (Conversational AI Agents) and WATI APIs (or similar WhatsApp Business API providers).
