AI Web & Mobile App Development

I need a full-stack partner who can build a responsive website and a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that feel like one seamless product. The core of the project is tight integration between an AI layer, a lightweight yet robust CRM, and several business-automation workflows.

Here is what has to come together:
• Cross-platform codebase feeding both the web front end and the native apps.
• AI integration that can analyse user inputs and trigger actions inside the CRM in real time.
• A custom CRM module—contact records, deal stages, reporting and role-based access.
• Automation flows: WhatsApp messaging, transactional and drip email sequences, plus a visual sales-pipeline engine that can be tweaked from an admin dashboard.

Tech stack is flexible, but I usually lean toward React (or Flutter) + Node/Express or Django for APIs, PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data, and Twilio/WhatsApp Business APIs for messaging. If you have a better way to make the AI component sing—TensorFlow, OpenAI, LangChain—I’m open. Just explain why.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready web app deployed to a cloud host of your choice.
2. iOS & Android builds published to TestFlight / internal track.
3. Integrated CRM with basic data migrated from a CSV I’ll provide.
4. End-to-end automation workflows tested and documented.
5. Admin guide and annotated source code in a private repo.

Acceptance criteria: smooth sign-up with social login, sub-2-second response times on AI prompts, zero failed WhatsApp sends in a 48-hour test window, and clean Lighthouse scores (90+).
