60-SECOND VIDEO and AI Images

Please read this whole page before you start. You have 24 hours. The final video must have no watermark.

WHAT THIS VIDEO IS FOR
This video goes at the top of the website. Its job is to get a salesperson to book a free demo. The best part of the video is when people hear the AI talk to a lead. Put that near the start. At the end, tell people to book a free demo.

YOUR LOGIN
I will send you an email and a temporary password. Go to aileadcaller.com and log in. =
BACKUP FILES
I will also share this Google Drive folder with you that also includes instructions to create two separate AI images .https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VFbE_W12guF2a5apkDL6E3caDiPxxnRD?usp=sharingIt has some ready-made screenshots and two screen recordings you can use if you get stuck. The recordings have no sound.

TWO THINGS TO KNOW
1. The recordings have no sound. So you will make the phone call part with AI voices (see below).
2. Use only fake test data on the screen. If you set up the account yourself, everything is fake, so you do not need to blur anything.

STEP 1 — SET UP THE ACCOUNT (about 10 minutes)
Go to Settings and fill in:
- Business name and Brokerage: Thomas the Lion Realty
- Agent name: Thomas
- Callback number: any
- Timezone: America/Toronto
Save it. Then connect a spare Gmail to Google Calendar so an appointment can show up.
Make a fake list of 15 people in a CSV file. Use normal-sounding Canadian names. Use phone numbers that start with 416 area code (these are fake and safe). Use fake emails like @example.com. Make sure two of them are named Thomas Reed and Lily Chen.
Import the file, check the columns, and click Confirm. Open each person and set Consent to "Express consent." Then make a campaign called Toronto Buyers — Follow Up" and add the people. Do not make any real calls.

STEP 2 — RECORD THE SCREEN
Use a desktop browser. Make it full screen. Hide the browser bars. Make the window at least 1920 pixels wide. Make sure nothing is cut off.
Record these (no sound needed):
- R1: importing the CSV file and clicking Confirm
- R2: the Campaign page, adding people, and clicking Start
- R3: the Calls page, then opening one call to show the transcript, summary, and result
Take these pictures (PNG):
- S1: the Contacts list with all 15 people
- S2: the Campaign page
- S3: the Calls list with different results
- S4: one call opened up
- S5: the Appointments page with a booking for Lily Chen, Wednesday 2:00 PM
If you cannot get one of these, use the matching file from the Drive folder.

THE MAIN RULE
Do not let AI draw the app screens. AI screens look fake. Always use the real screenshots and recordings for anything that shows the product. Use AI only for the voice, the phone call, the captions, the music, and the lifestyle pictures.

Example TOOLS TO USE (all free, no watermark)
- Microsoft Clipchamp:or comparable tools; AI voices, the phone call, captions, editing, and saving the video
- Canva (free plan): to move the screenshots, make cards, and build the end screen
- Microsoft Designer: to make the lifestyle pictures
- ElevenLabs (free): only if you want a nicer AI voice

MAKE THE SAMPLE PHONE CALL (this is scene 2)
Use two different AI voices. Voice A is the AI agent — calm and friendly. Voice B is the customer — casual. Make each line on its own, then put them in order with small gaps so it sounds like a real call. Add a soft "phone" sound filter and a ringing sound at the start. Put captions on every word. Put the words "Sample conversation" in a corner the whole time.

Say this (about 18 seconds):
[Ring… pick up] Lily: "Hello?"
AI: "Hi, is this Lily? This is _________, an AI assistant with Thomas the Lion Realty — you asked about homes in Toronto Is now a good time?"
Lily: "Sure, we're still looking."
AI: "Great. Would Wednesday at 2 work for a quick call with an agent?"
Lily: "Wednesday at 2 works."
AI: "Booked — you'll get a calendar invite for a Zoom Call Thanks, Lily!"

THE SCENES (in order)

Scene 1 — 0:00 to 0:05
Show: S1 (Contacts), slowly zoom in.
Words on screen: How many leads are sitting in your database?
Voice: "You already paid for these leads. The only thing missing is the time to call them all."

Scene 2 — 0:05 to 0:23
Show: the sample phone call playing over S2 (Campaign), with a sound wave on top. Captions on. Label: "Sample conversation."
Words on screen: Hear a Sample AI Call
Voice: none. Let the call play.

Scene 3 — 0:23 to 0:30
Show: R1 (importing the file). Add a moving cursor and a soft glowing circle on the Confirm button.
Words on screen: 1. Upload your leads — it's easy
Voice: "Just upload your list. AI Lead Caller gets every contact ready to call."

Scene 4 — 0:30 to 0:37
Show: R2 (starting the campaign).
Words on screen: 2. Your AI agent does the calling
Voice: "Start a campaign, and your AI agent calls each lead, has a real conversation, and finds who is interested."

Scene 5 — 0:37 to 0:44
Show: R3 or S4 (one call opened), slowly zoom in on the result.
Words on screen: Every call: transcript, summary, result
Voice: "Every call comes back with a full transcript, a clear summary, and a real result — so nothing slips through the cracks."

Scene 6 — 0:44 to 0:49
Show Zoom Calendar : S5 (Appointments). Point out the Lily Chen, Wednesday 2:00 PM booking.
Words on screen: 3. You get the appointment
Voice: "Interested people turn into booked appointments, right on your calendar, while you focus on closing."

Scene 7 — 0:49 to 0:56
Show: three or four AI lifestyle pictures, about 1.5 seconds each. Make each one in Microsoft Designer or comparable software. Make four of each and pick the one where the hands and faces look normal. No text, no logos, no headsets. Size 16:9. Put a small label on each:
- A real estate agent showing a home to a couple — label "Real Estate"
- A mortgage broker meeting a client at a desk with papers — label "Mortgage Brokers"
- A car salesperson with a customer in a showroom — label "Car Sales"
- An insurance or finance advisor talking with a customer — label "Insurance & Finance"
Words on screen (stay up the whole time): Built for real estate. Customizable for any sales team.
Voice: "Built for real estate — and easily set up for mortgage brokers, car sales, insurance, home services, and anyone who works the phones. If your business runs on calling leads, AI Lead Caller works for you."

Scene 8 — 0:56 to 1:00 (the end screen)
Show: brand blue background. Big words: Book Your FREE Demo. Smaller words: No setup fee • Cancel anytime. A button picture that says "Book My Free Demo." Under it: Or call direct: 437-556-8558. Also show aileadcaller.com.
Hold this screen for the last 3 seconds so people can act.
Voice: "Book your free demo now — no setup fee, cancel anytime. Click below, or call us direct today."

HOW THE END BUTTON WORKS
make a real button you can click. :
1. In the video: show the button picture, the website, and the phone number.
2. put a real button under the video. When people click it, it opens this link in a new tab: https://calendly.com/tomgiglione/30min. He will also make the phone number tap-to-call, like this: 437-556-8558.
the video is on YouTube, add an end-screen card there too, and put the Calendly link as the first line of the video description.

ABOUT THE VOICE
Use a Clipchamp AI voice that sounds warm and sure of itself. Speak at a normal, easy pace. Keep captions on the whole time. Good words to keep in: free, you, now, easy, cancel anytime. Do not oversell. Calm and clear works better than loud hype.

MUSIC AND LOOK
Add a soft, upbeat, free music track under the voice. Let it grow a little near the end. Use clean, simple cuts. Make the video 1920×1080. Trim any dead air so the whole thing is about 60 seconds.

WHAT TO SEND ME
1. The finished video: MP4, 1080p, with captions on, ending on the Book Your Free Demo screen
2. A thumbnail picture: the Campaign screen with a big play button and the words "Hear a Sample AI Call" and two separate AI images
3. The Clipchamp project file, so I can make small fixes later
When you are done, log out and do not keep the login.

CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND
- Can you hear the sample call and read its captions by 0:10? Is it labeled "Sample conversation"?
- Does scene 7 clearly show real estate plus at least three other jobs (mortgage, car sales, insurance)?
- Does it end on a clear "Book Your Free Demo" screen with the phone number showing for 3 seconds?
- Are the app screens real pictures, not AI-drawn? Is all the data on screen fake?
- Is there any watermark? (There must be none.)
- Is it about 60 seconds (55 to 65 is fine)?
