AI Video Creator for Luxury Real Estate Ads (Dubai Off-Plan Properties) — Meta & TikTok

We are a Dubai-based real estate agency (off-plan, luxury residences, branded developments) looking for a skilled AI video creator to produce short-form promotional videos for Meta Ads and TikTok.

What we need:

Vertical videos (9:16) promoting luxury off-plan properties in Dubai based of brochure
AI-generated or AI-enhanced visuals (property renders, lifestyle shots, voiceover, motion graphics)
Strong hook in the first 2-3 seconds, dynamic pacing, clear CTA
Ability to work from developer render packs / floor plans / brochures we provide
Consistent, premium aesthetic suited to a high-net-worth international audience

Tools we're open to: Runway, Kling, Luma, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs (voiceover), CapCut/Premiere for final edit — or your own preferred AI video stack, as long as output quality is premium.

Ideal candidate:

Experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads video specs
Fast turnaround, ability to iterate on hooks/CTAs (we test multiple variants per campaign)
Available for ongoing/recurring work if the trial goes well

Deliverables for test project: 1 video based on a property brief we'll provide, to assess quality and speed before committing to a recurring contract.
