I run a home-renovation company and want a set of short, scroll-stopping Facebook ads created entirely with realistic AI-generated video. Each spot must pull viewers into the “wow” factor of a before-and-after transformation and finish with a clear on-screen and voice-over call to “Schedule a consultation.”

Scope of work
• Concept & script built around common homeowner pain points (outdated kitchens, cramped baths, etc.)
• AI video generation that looks authentic—no cartoon styles—showing believable interiors, tools, and craftspeople in action.
• Dynamic supers and captions optimized for silent autoplay.
• Final cuts delivered in 15-, 30-, and 45-second lengths, formatted for Facebook feed, Stories/Reels, and optional YouTube pre-roll.
• Source files plus exported MP4s ready to upload.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual quality must pass Facebook’s ad review without “Made with AI” flags.
2. Message clarity: viewer instantly knows we handle full-service renovations and can book a consultation.
3. Videos drive to a mock landing page in test campaigns with a minimum 1.5% click-through during my pilot run (I’ll supply ad account data for verification).

I’ll provide brand colors, logo, and project photos you can feed into Runway, Pika, or similar tools. Bring your recommended AI workflow; I’m flexible so long as the output feels real and converts.
