FastAPI SPA & AI Integration

I am building a single-page application and want the server side ready first. The core will be a Python FastAPI service that exposes a well-documented REST API, persists data in PostgreSQL, and follows clean, test-covered architecture.

Alongside that, I’d like a lightweight Java Spring Boot micro-service for background jobs so future heavy processing can be off-loaded without blocking the main API. An AI component—most likely an OpenAI or similar model—must be wired in through a clearly separated service layer so its logic can evolve independently.

The platform also needs a Telegram bot that mirrors selected API actions (user notifications, simple commands) to demonstrate multi-channel interaction.

Deliverables
• FastAPI codebase with OpenAPI/Swagger docs
• Spring Boot helper service skeleton with one sample task
• SQLAlchemy models, Alembic migrations, and a ready-to-run PostgreSQL docker setup
• Telegram bot code integrated via webhooks to the same database
• Brief README explaining local setup, environment variables, and how to trigger each workflow
• Basic unit tests for critical endpoints and services

Acceptance criteria: All services must start with a single docker-compose up, initial database migrations should run automatically, and hitting /docs on the FastAPI container must display every endpoint.

If you are comfortable juggling Python, Java, PostgreSQL, and a sprinkle of AI, this should be a straightforward but interesting build.
