AI Shopify Dropshipping Operator - Product Research, Store Management & Organic TikTok/Reels

I am looking for one hands-on e-commerce operator who can personally build and manage a Shopify dropshipping business from product research through organic customer acquisition.

You must be strong in both Shopify execution and original short-form video. This is not a programming role, an Amazon/eBay role or a paid-ads-only role. Initial growth will come from organic TikTok and Instagram Reels. I provide strategic input and can provide copy direction, but you are responsible for daily execution and measurable progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research products using current demand, competition, margin, shipping and creative-potential evidence.
- Verify suppliers, product quality signals, delivery times and unit economics.
- Build or improve the Shopify store, product pages, navigation, variants, apps and conversion flow.
- Create original TikTok and Instagram Reels using strong hooks, demonstrations, captions and calls to action.
- Publish consistently, review organic performance and improve products and creative based on data.
- Provide a weekly report covering work completed, content output, views, engagement, traffic, conversion signals, costs and next actions.

INITIAL PAID TEST
- 10 tracked hours at $8 per hour, maximum $80 total.
- Deliver one evidence-based product analysis.
- Identify and verify one suitable supplier.
- Build one complete conversion-focused Shopify product page.
- Produce one original vertical Reel suitable for both TikTok and Instagram.
- Deliver editable project/source files and a video walkthrough of the completed work.

If your verified evidence and experience are exceptional, I may consider up to $10 per hour for the test. If the test succeeds, the role can continue initially at a maximum of eight hours per week. Strong profitable performance can lead to a higher rate and a long-term or full-time position.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- You must personally perform all work. No delegation, agency staff or subcontractors without my written approval.
- Do not claim guaranteed sales or viral results. I want evidence, disciplined testing and accountable execution.

REQUIRED PROOF
Send 2-3 exact Shopify store URLs and 3-5 TikTok or Instagram Reels you personally created. For each example, state your exact role, dates, what you personally completed and the measurable organic result. Provide dated evidence for traffic, views or conversions and explain how the result can be connected to your work.

Also answer:
1. Which AI tools and exact models do you use for product research, product-page creation, images/video and editing? What is AI-generated versus manually completed?
2. Describe one product you selected: why you selected it, supplier, landed cost, selling price, delivery time and organic content angle.
3. How would you turn one product into seven different organic TikTok/Reels concepts?
4. What are your computer specifications: CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and operating system?
5. What are your normal upload/download speeds, and what backup internet and power do you have?
