I want to give candidates a single web page where they can drop a PDF or DOCX résumé and instantly see how well they fit any role they are targeting. Once a file is uploaded through the browser, your backend—built in Python with FastAPI or Flask—should run an NLP pipeline (OpenAI, Hugging Face, or an equivalent LLM) that pulls out skills, education, projects, and work history.
The engine then:

• scores the résumé overall,
• spots weak or missing competencies,
• compares the profile to a pasted job description,
• returns a clear match percentage, and
• offers concrete, AI-generated recommendations on how to raise that score.

Because recommendations for improvement are critical, they need to be specific (“Add Kubernetes experience to strengthen DevOps profile”) rather than generic. No user authentication is required; the session can be anonymous, but any résumé or metric you store must be saved securely in a database of your choice.

Frontend expectations
– Clean, responsive interface (React or pure HTML/CSS is fine) that shows extracted skills, match stats, and suggestions side by side.
– Drag-and-drop upload, progress indicator, and a results panel that can be downloaded as PDF.

Backend expectations
– Python 3.x, FastAPI or Flask.
– Modular code so models, scoring logic, and prompt templates can be swapped.
– REST-style endpoints returning JSON.

Deliverables
1. Full source code with clear README and step-by-step setup.
2. Requirements.txt or Poetry/conda environment.
3. Sample prompts or fine-tuned model files if used.
4. Short deployment guide for a VPS or Docker.

Show me links or repos from previous AI/ML or NLP work—especially anything with résumé parsing, text similarity, or recommendation systems—so I can gauge fit quickly.
