AI-Powered Email Workflow Automation

I’m ready to take repetitive inbox chores off my plate and let an AI-driven system sort, respond to, and route my internal communications automatically. Every message I exchange inside the company still arrives via standard email, so the job starts and ends there: no Slack or Teams—just pure email.

Here’s what I need built and handed over:
• A fully working automation that detects, categorises and‭ (where appropriate) drafts or sends replies to internal emails.
• Integration of a modern AI service (OpenAI, Claude, or a comparable model) for smart triage, summarisation and suggested responses.
• Seamless connection to my existing mailbox through either a no-code tool such as Zapier/Make or a custom Python/Google Apps Script—whichever proves most reliable and maintainable.
• Clear documentation covering setup, editing of prompts/rules, and day-to-day use.
• A short hand-off call or video walkthrough so I can maintain the workflow myself.

Acceptance criteria: the automation must process at least 100 internal emails in a test run with 95% correct labelling, zero message loss, and hands-free sending of templated responses where rules allow.
