AI Lead Management Automation

I need an experienced AI-agent developer to design and deploy a production-ready system that automatically handles new enquiries, qualifies and routes leads, keeps clients in the loop, and drives follow-ups throughout our projects. The agent must go well beyond a scripted chatbot: it should ingest incoming messages, understand intent and priority, decide the next best action, and execute that action through connected APIs.

Core objectives
• Parse emails, webform submissions and other inbound channels, extract key data and log it in our existing CRM.
• Score and prioritise leads so the hottest opportunities surface first and routine or low-value items are handled with minimal human time.
• Trigger personalised emails, schedule calls or tasks, and keep all communication threads synchronised.
• Track project milestones and nudge internal teams or clients when deliverables are due, ensuring nothing slips.
• Provide a clear audit trail and dashboard so my team can intervene or override decisions in real time.

Tech & integration landscape
The agent will plug into our current stack (CRM, email service and project-management platform) through REST/GraphQL or native SDKs; the exact tooling will be shared once we start, so an adaptive architecture is essential. If you have experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, RAG pipelines, vector databases or similar orchestration frameworks, highlight it.

Deliverables
