AI Ferry Car Monitoring Platform

Need a freelancer to build an AI system that monitors vehicles being loaded onto a ferry and identifies the number of vehicles and each vehicle type. The system should detect trailer hitches, trailers, and supported vehicle types from a provided list. The project includes developing the full AI solution, helping specify camera and installation requirements, and integrating the system with our cloud-based ferry operations platform to deliver real-time loading data. Experience with computer vision and real-time data integration is important.

Please provide a budget that includes breakdown of software development, licenses, and hardware requirements to build and operate the system. We plan to have 2 locations that are monitored, preferably using the same AI system being fed from different sets of cameras.
