AI Contract Drafting Web App

I’m building a web application whose core purpose is to automate contract drafting and review through AI. The platform should let a user log in, feed key deal parameters or upload an existing agreement, and then watch the system generate, red-line, or summarise the contract in real time.

The heart of the project is an AI engine trained on legal language—think GPT-style large language models fine-tuned for contract clauses—that can:
• assemble first-draft agreements from modular clauses,
• flag risky or non-standard language in uploaded documents, and
• suggest alternative wording that aligns with current compliance requirements.

A clean, browser-based interface and a secure backend are equally important, as the data involved is sensitive. I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—Python/Django, Node/Express, Next.js, React, or a comparable framework—so long as it supports rapid iteration, clear code structure, and straightforward deployment on a mainstream cloud platform.

Deliverables
1. Functional web application (frontend + backend) with user authentication and role management
2. AI contract automation module wired to a reputable language-model API and any needed prompt-engineering logic
3. Basic admin dashboard to manage templates, clause libraries, and user activity logs
4. Documentation: set-up guide, API keys/config steps, and a short user manual
5. Short acceptance test plan proving the AI can generate and review NDAs, MSAs, and service agreements accurately
