I need an end-to-end automation system that lets me focus on strategy instead of repetitive work.
Top priority
My main pain point is keeping a steady flow of quality posts and articles. I want an AI-driven workflow that drafts long-form pieces, adapts them into shorter updates, then schedules and publishes them automatically to LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Once a post goes live I’d like the system to pull basic engagement metrics so I can see what is working without logging into each platform.
Company research
In parallel, I carry out industry-specific company research. I only need help with the data-collection stage: scraping or pulling fresh firmographic data, enriching it with public sources, and storing everything in a structured format that my existing dashboards can read. If you can connect this research feed to the content pipeline (for example, to suggest timely article angles) even better.
Nice-to-have
The framework should be flexible enough to add email outreach later, but this is not part of the initial scope unless you see an elegant way to fold it in without inflating cost or complexity.
What I expect from you
• A short discovery call to confirm my exact workflow
• A written architecture plan outlining tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier/Make, Python scripts, relevant APIs) and how they talk to each other
• Build and configuration of the agents, automations and data storage
• A brief hand-off session plus concise documentation so I can tweak prompts, posting cadence and data sources myself
• An itemised cost estimate covering one-off setup, any paid connectors or model usage, and projected monthly overhead
Acceptance criteria
1. I can drop a topic or URL into the system and receive platform-ready drafts within minutes.
2. New company records appear automatically in my database without manual scraping.
3. One-click scheduling posts them to LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, with confirmation logs.
4. All moving parts run for a full week in a staging environment with no critical errors.
Please tell me how you would tackle this, which off-the-shelf components you would leverage versus custom code, and your timeline to deliver each milestone along with the final costs.
