AI Animator / Video Creator Wanted for Masked Music Character

I’m developing an original music project around HANS — “Heard And Not Seen”, an anonymous masked character representing everyone and no one at the same time.

I have 20+ original songs and am looking for someone who could potentially become a regular collaborator. First, I want a 20–30 second paid test.

HANS

His appearance must remain consistent:

* Navy work overalls, collar open/up
* White gloves and simple white trainers
* Distinctive crash-test-dummy mask with forehead symbol
* The mask NEVER moves or shows expression — this is fundamental to the character.

Emotion comes through body language, music, lyrics and visuals, not facial animation.

First test

A deliberately simple 9:16 vertical video on a white background.

During verses, HANS performs holding a handheld microphone to the mask’s mouth. No lip-sync is needed — just convincing body/arm/microphone movement timed to the vocals.

Lyrics and simple illustrated/animated visuals can appear around him.

I want something creative and distinctive, not overly polished or obviously AI-generated.

I’ll provide the music, lyrics, photos of the real mask and HANS concept artwork.

Longer term

HANS may eventually appear in cartoon worlds, real locations or completely blank environments. HANS remains constant; his surroundings can change.

For now, however, I only want to establish the character and simple white-background format.

Please show examples of consistent characters across multiple shots, tell me what tools you use, and briefly explain how you’d approach HANS.

Budget: €30–€60 for the initial 20–30 second test.
Potential ongoing work across 20+ songs if it works well.
