AI-Based Stock Sentiment and Recommendation Tool

Summary
I have a system that gather stock news in mysql database. The goal of the project is to automate sentiment and recommendation using any agentic tool you want.

I need AI to analyzes the sentiment and potential market impact, and produces actionable stock insights/recommendations.

As for recommendation , Recommendation engine uses the collected data, generate signals such as Buy / Hold / Sell or another clearly defined scoring system.

Each recommendation should include a concise explanation of the major news/events and sentiment factors behind it.

All results should be stored somewhere in excel sheet or mysql table

Which news/data APIs you recommend

Which LLM you would use and why

How you would calculate the sentiment/recommendation score
