Project Overview
We are looking for experienced Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals to contribute to an AI-driven finance project focused on supporting and evaluating financial scenarios for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on accounting and finance experience, experience advising SMB clients/business owners, and the ability to handle complex, data-heavy finance and accounting questions.

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Availability: Full-time – up to 40 hours/week
Time-Zone Requirement: Minimum 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time (PST/PT)

Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters, particularly US-based SMBs.
Experience working with or advising three or more organizations.
Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Consultant, or similar senior finance role.
Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial judgment skills.
Ability to analyze financial information and provide clear, practical recommendations.

Role Overview:
The role involves handling both general finance inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Selected professionals will apply their real-world finance expertise to AI-related tasks and scenarios involving SMB accounting and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.
Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.
Apply professional financial judgment to real-world SMB finance scenarios.
Evaluate financial information and provide practical recommendations.

Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Experience with Omni Chat support or similar chat-based finance support.
SMB ownership or hands-on financial management experience.
Experience working with or advising US-based SMBs.

Compensation
USA, UK & Western Europe: USD $200 per task
Other approved regions: USD $45 per task

Compensation is task-based and subject to the applicable project engagement and payment process. Turing will manage payroll.
