Ai based All-In-One Retail Platform Build

I run a retail operation that sells physical goods both online and at a brick-and-mortar location. I now need a single, fully integrated platform that ties every aspect of the business together—from stocking the shelves in the warehouse to ringing up sales at the counter and analysing performance afterwards.

Core scope
• Inventory management must track stock in real time, support bar-codes/QR codes, and trigger low-stock alerts.
• Warehouse management should map bin locations, control inbound & outbound movements, and generate pick/pack lists.
• A Point of Sale system has to work on standard tablets or PCs, accept multiple payment methods, and instantly sync with inventory.

Enhancement modules
• Customer management: create profiles, track purchase history, and power personalised promotions.
• Sales analytics & reporting: dashboards for revenue, margins, and fast/slow movers, exportable to CSV or PDF.
• Supplier management: store vendor terms, automate re-ordering, and record deliveries against POs.

Tech preferences
I’m open on language and framework, but the final solution must be cloud-hosted, mobile-friendly, and prepared for API integrations with shipping carriers and accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private repo
2. Database schema and ER diagram
3. Deployment scripts or Docker files
4. User documentation and a brief video walkthrough
5. Two weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes

Acceptance criteria
• All listed modules function end-to-end under a single sign-on.
• Stock levels update within 5 seconds of any sale or warehouse movement.
• Reports render in under 3 seconds for up to 100,000 SKUs.
• POS remains operational offline and syncs automatically once re-connected.

Once the platform passes these checks on a staging server, we’ll move to production and release the final milestone.
