We're Aledius, an asset management firm. We're producing a series of 87 short explainer videos (30–60 seconds each) that explain financial terms for private clients, and we're looking for a freelancer to produce them as AI-generated avatar videos.
The concept:
- An AI talking-head presenter delivers each script directly to camera.
- To keep the series varied, we'd like to alternate between a male and a female presenter — ideally one consistent man and one consistent woman for brand recognition.
- The presenter must wear our branded Aledius vest, with the logo clearly visible. We have a reference image showing the presenter with the correct clothing — the Aledius vest must be clearly recognizable. (Reference image and an example video of the style we're aiming for are attached to this post.)
- Consistent template for every video: intro, title card, on-screen term overlay, and outro, in our brand colours, fonts, and logo.
- Two versions per video: one full version (with intro) for social media, and one without the intro for our internal sales app.
- Language: German — all narration and on-screen text in German. Natural German pronunciation and accurate lip-sync are essential.
- Background may vary across a few consistent settings (we can share references).
- Vertical 9:16 format for social media.
What we provide: all 87 scripts (already written), the reference image for the avatar/vest, logo files, and brand colours/fonts.
To start: we'd like to commission one paid test video first, so we can check the look, the vest and logo, the German narration, and the overall template before committing to the full 87.
Please include in your proposal:
- Which tool/workflow you'd use, and confirmation it handles natural German narration + lip-sync.
- How you'd reproduce a specific branded vest and logo on the avatar (e.g. custom avatar from our reference).
- Your price per video and for the full batch of 87, plus turnaround and number of revision rounds.
- A few samples of previous AI-avatar work.
