In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
Apply professional experience in to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities within real-world scenarios.
Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes, providing actionable insights for continuous model improvement.
Pinpoint and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI agent outputs, translating findings into detailed, constructive feedback.
Develop comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks derived from your domain expertise and day-to-day professional activities.
Partner with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence AI model development.
Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries for AI agent adoption and enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain as long as AI agents are a regular part of your workflows.
Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permission/authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
Hands-on experience as a workflow builder, not just an end user—demonstrated by designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows (e.g., with Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n).
Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps and proposing creative solutions grounded in domain needs.
Ability to articulate complex process requirements and improvement strategies to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Enthusiasm for advancing AI adoption and enablement within dynamic business environments.
