I will be exhibiting at the 2027 USA (Tular) International Agricultural Exhibition from 9–11 February and need one experienced professional to stand in for me on-site. You will speak for our company, so three key abilities are essential: solid familiarity with electric motors, electromechanical and general mechanical equipment; fluent, confident English translation during live conversations; and a proven track record (minimum three years) of representing clients at overseas trade shows.
Your day-to-day focus is technical communication. Visitors will ask about product features and performance—your answers must be clear, accurate and engaging. When deeper questions arise, you will bridge the discussion between the visitor and our remote engineers through quick video calls on WeChat or WhatsApp. Throughout the show please collect every relevant business card, add those contacts on WhatsApp and keep short notes so we can follow up immediately after the event.
Deliverables
• Full on-site presence in Tular, USA, 9–11 Feb 2027
• Smooth real-time English translation for all booth interactions
• Confident explanation of product features and prompt answers to technical questions
• Live video liaison with our team via WeChat & WhatsApp when needed
• End-of-day lead log: photo of each business card plus WhatsApp screenshots confirming contact additions
• Post-show summary (1–2 pages) outlining key prospects and recurring technical queries
If you know the agricultural machinery sector or have worked with motor-driven equipment, you will feel right at home. I look forward to working with someone who can represent our brand professionally and turn booth traffic into solid leads.
