Agile eSIM SaaS Project Manager

I run an early-stage SaaS business that enables instant eSIM activation worldwide. As we move from MVP to scalable product, I need a project manager who can keep our remote engineering, marketing, and customer-success squads operating smoothly under an Agile cadence.

Your background must include hands-on work with eSIM technology, growth-stage SaaS environments, and proven team leadership. You will own the sprint cycle from backlog grooming through release, coach the team on continuous improvement, and keep stakeholders—investors, telco partners, and early adopters—informed with crisp, data-driven reports.

Day-to-day you will:
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in Jira (or a comparable Agile tool).
• Translate product vision into an actionable roadmap and maintain a transparent, prioritised backlog.
• Track velocity, burndown, and key SaaS metrics, surfacing risks early and proposing mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as carrier onboarding and API integrations, ensuring dependencies are cleared before they block the team.
• Deliver concise weekly updates and a monthly milestone review to the founding team.

Acceptance criteria:
1. First 2-week sprint is planned, agreed, and kicked off within five days of contract start.
2. Weekly progress report submitted every Friday by 17:00 GMT, including KPI dashboard and risk log.
3. Roadmap for the next two quarters presented by the end of month one.
