I’m ready to launch a series of real-time, hands-on classes that follow my attached “Agentic AI Pioneer Program” roadmap. The cohort consists of serious AI learners who already know their tensors from their tokens and now want to master true agentic systems. Our single aim is skill enhancement, so every minute needs to be interactive, practical, and immediately applicable.
Please see the attached file.
Your role
You will teach the foundational, intermediate, and advanced segments of the roadmap in live sessions delivered through high-quality video-conferencing, supported by a virtual whiteboard for architectural sketches, prompt-flow diagrams, and ad-hoc Q&A. No pre-recorded lectures—every concept, demo, and code review happens in the room so learners can question, iterate, and build in real time.
Core teaching scope
• Foundational layer: LLM orchestration patterns, reflex- vs. deliberative-agent theory
• Intermediate layer: multi-agent coordination, memory and retrieval strategies, evaluation harnesses
• Advanced layer: autonomous goal decomposition, self-healing agents, production deployment
Expect to weave in modern frameworks—LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, vector stores such as Pinecone or Weaviate—and to guide learners through progressively complex projects that mirror real-world use cases.
Deliverables
1. A calendar of live sessions (minimum 2 h each) mapped to the three roadmap tiers
2. Session resources (live-notebook links or slide decks) shared within 24 h of each class
3. Weekly mini-project briefs with starter code and acceptance tests
4. Capstone project rubric and written feedback for every participant
Acceptance criteria
• 90 %+ learner participation confirmed via live polls and checkpoints
• Capstone agents meet functional specs and pass the evaluation suite you provide
• All materials delivered on schedule with clear, reusable code examples
If guiding motivated AI practitioners through cutting-edge agentic techniques excites you, tell me how you would structure the first week and share links to any past live demos you’ve run.
