After-the-Fact Residential Plan Set

We need a permit-ready plan set for an after-the-fact residential remodel at Henderson, NV, related to a Code Enforcement Case.

The existing work includes:

Conversion of the dining and living rooms into Bedrooms 5 and 6

Garage conversion into Bedrooms 7 and 8

Wall-mounted A/C units in Bedrooms 7 and 8

Added code-compliant egress window in Bedroom 8

Downstairs half-bath conversion to a three-quarter bath with shower

Associated framing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work

Known corrective work includes replacing a fixed window in Bedroom 5 with a code-compliant single-hung egress window and correcting the water-heater combustion-air/CO condition and repairing a hole in the lid of an exterior breezeway.

We need existing/as-built and proposed plans suitable for City of Henderson review, including architectural and applicable mechanical, plumbing, electrical, energy and structural information. We have plans and measurements Please let us know whether you provide engineering if required, and plan-check revisions.
