WordPress Bulk Business Data Entry & WP All Import Specialist – 2,000 Businesses Across Chile**

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced freelancer specializing in **Web Research, Data Entry, Google Maps/Google Business research, WordPress, CSV/Excel, and WP All Import**.

The project consists of researching approximately **2,000 real businesses located throughout Chile**, preparing all required information according to my existing import structure, and **uploading/publishing the businesses directly to my WordPress website using WP All Import**.

This is **not only a data collection project**. The selected freelancer will be responsible for both:

**1. Researching and preparing the business database.**
**2. Importing the completed information into my WordPress website via WP All Import and verifying that the listings are published correctly.**

I will provide the required WordPress import structure/template and the existing categories and subcategories.

## Types of Businesses

Businesses should be selected from different industries and locations throughout Chile, including, but not limited to:

* Restaurants
* Local food establishments
* Cafés
* Fast food
* Sushi restaurants
* Pizzerias
* Bakeries
* Pastry shops
* Amasanderías / local bakeries
* Minimarkets
* Supermarkets
* Fruit and vegetable stores
* Butcher shops
* Fish markets
* Barber shops
* Hair salons
* Beauty centers
* Gyms
* Hotels
* Hostels
* Cabins
* Veterinary clinics
* Pet shops
* Auto repair shops
* Hardware stores
* Pharmacies
* Medical centers
* Tourism businesses
* Home services
* Other legitimate local businesses.

The database should contain a good variety of businesses from **different regions, cities and municipalities throughout Chile**, rather than concentrating only on Santiago.

## Required Information for Each Business

Each listing should contain, whenever publicly available:

1. **Business Name**
2. **Main Category**
3. **Correct Subcategory**
4. **Full Address**
5. **City / Municipality**
6. **Region**
7. **Phone Number and/or WhatsApp**
8. **Official Website or Official Social Media Account**
9. **Business Photo**
10. **Professional Business Description**
11. **5 relevant tags separated by commas**
12. **3 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)**
13. **3 corresponding FAQ answers**

Example tags:

`restaurant, Chilean food, lunch, Santiago, gastronomy`

Descriptions and FAQs should be useful, professional and relevant to the specific business.

## Data Research

Business information may be researched using publicly available sources such as **Google Maps / Google Business profiles**, official websites and official social media accounts.

All businesses must be **real and currently operating whenever reasonably verifiable**.

**No fake or invented businesses or contact information will be accepted.**

The freelancer must verify information carefully and avoid:

* Duplicate businesses
* Incorrect addresses
* Incorrect phone numbers
* Incorrect websites
* Incorrect social media accounts
* Incorrect business categories
* Fake descriptions
* Invented contact information

Descriptions and FAQs should be written professionally and should not simply copy copyrighted text from third-party websites.

For business photographs, the freelancer must use an appropriate source according to the project's instructions and keep the source URL when required.

## Categories and Subcategories

I already have an established category and subcategory structure on the WordPress website.

The freelancer must assign every business to the **correct existing category and subcategory**.

New categories should **not** be created without prior authorization.

## WordPress Import – IMPORTANT

This project requires the freelancer to **upload the completed database directly to my WordPress website using WP All Import**.

The work is therefore **not considered complete simply by delivering an Excel or CSV file**.

The freelancer will receive the required import template/structure and appropriate access to perform the import.

The freelancer must:

* Prepare the CSV/Data Import file.
* Match all fields correctly.
* Configure/map the fields in **WP All Import**.
* Import the listings into WordPress.
* Correctly assign categories and subcategories.
* Import descriptions, addresses, contact information, websites/social networks, tags, FAQs and images.
* Verify that images are displayed correctly.
* Verify that the listings appear correctly on the website.
* Check a sample of imported listings for errors.
* Correct import or mapping problems when necessary.
* Avoid duplicate listings.

The final objective is to have approximately **2,000 complete business listings successfully published on the WordPress website**, not merely delivered as raw data.

Geographic Coverage

Businesses should be distributed across **Chile nationwide**, including different regions, cities and municipalities.

I am looking for a diverse directory covering both major cities and smaller locations.

## Initial Test

Before proceeding with the complete 2,000-business project, I will require an **initial test of approximately 10 businesses** from different categories and regions.

These 10 businesses must be:

1. Researched and completed according to the required fields.
2. Prepared using my import structure.
3. Imported into WordPress using WP All Import.
4. Checked to confirm that all fields, categories, images and information display correctly.

If the test is successful, we can proceed with the complete project.

* Confirmation that you can perform the complete **WP All Import setup, field mapping, import and verification**.

Final Deliverable

The final deliverable must include:

Approximately 2,000 researched, categorized and completed business listings successfully imported and published on the WordPress website through WP All Import, with the information, images, categories, tags and FAQs correctly displayed. accuracy, quality and reliable data rather than simply quantity

There may be opportunities for ongoing work after successful completion of this project, as the business directory will continue expanding.
