AEO/GEO Leads Email Database 100K emails DB needed

I need a fresh, accurate email-lead database of companies that are likely to require AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) or GEO (Global Expansion & Operations) services. All contacts must be manager-level decision makers, and the firms must be headquartered or have active operations in North America, Europe, or Asia.

The data will be used for targeted outreach, so quality matters more than sheer volume. I expect every record to include at minimum: company name, contact person, managerial title, corporate email address, country, and a short note on why the company fits the AEO/GEO profile (e.g., existing cross-border supply chains, recent expansion news).

Deliverables

Acceptance criteria
