## About the Company
We are developing a **US-focused financial technology and wealth infrastructure company** currently in its pre-launch stage.
Development, financial modelling, infrastructure, business development and client acquisition are currently underway.
The company is being built with the long-term goal of creating secure financial infrastructure and tools for a new generation of investors and wealth builders.

## The Opportunity
We are looking for a **Founder’s Assistant** to work directly alongside the founder during this early stage.
This isn't a conventional corporate assistant position. You'll be getting involved while the company is still being built, with exposure to research, organisation, business development, outreach, documentation and day-to-day execution.
As the company develops, the responsibilities of the role may expand significantly.
## What You May Work On
* Researching potential clients, investors and strategic partners
* Maintaining prospect and contact information
* Preparing and organising outreach
* Managing follow-ups
* Organising meetings and information
* Preparing basic documents and reports
* Tracking projects, tasks and deadlines
* Conducting market and industry research
* Organising internal company information
* Supporting business-development activities
* Assisting the founder with day-to-day organisation
* Helping establish processes as the company grows
You will **not** be expected to have extensive financial or technical knowledge. The ability to learn quickly, stay organised and communicate clearly is more important.
## Compensation
**This position is intended to become a paid position at NZ$20–30 per hour.**
The company is currently in its pre-launch stage and has not yet established operating revenue or a payroll.
As a result, **regular paid work will begin once the company reaches its initial funding or operating milestone**. The exact timing will depend on the company's progress.
We want to be transparent about the company's current stage before anyone applies. This is an early-stage opportunity, and immediate paid hours are not currently available.
The anticipated compensation range is **NZ$20–30 per hour**, with the specific rate and paid working arrangement agreed before paid work begins.
The intention is for the successful candidate to develop into a **formal, ongoing paid position** as the company becomes operational.
