SEO & AI Search Specialist Needed – Long-Term Project
We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Optimisation Specialist to work with our established brand on a long-term basis.
Our website already has a strong presence on Google, with many of our important keywords ranking on the first page. We are now looking for an SEO expert who can help us strengthen these rankings, improve visibility for additional competitive keywords, and prepare our website for the growing importance of AI-powered search.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:
* Advanced on-page and technical SEO
* Keyword research and competitor analysis
* Improving existing first-page Google rankings
* Building rankings for new competitive keywords
* Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
* AI search optimisation for platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other AI-powered search experiences
* Content optimisation and content strategy
* High-quality and safe backlink building
* Schema markup and structured data
* Google Search Console and Google Analytics
* Identifying and fixing technical SEO issues
* Monitoring rankings, traffic and conversions
### Reporting
A **weekly SEO report is required**, clearly showing:
* Work completed during the week
* Keyword ranking movements
* Organic traffic performance
* Technical SEO improvements
* Backlinks created/acquired
* Content optimised or created
* AI search/GEO work completed
* Issues identified
* Priorities and planned work for the following week
We are looking for someone who can provide clear evidence of the work completed rather than simply sending automated SEO reports.
### Long-Term Opportunity
This is not a one-time SEO project**. We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right SEO specialist or agency.
Payment will be made monthly, with the project continuing based on performance, communication and results.
