Payment will NOT be made upfront in full.

The project must be divided into clear Milestones, with payments released in scheduled installments based on verified progress and completed deliverables.

We require strong guarantees, including:

• Full ownership and handover of the Source Code
• Complete Database & Technical Documentation
• All repositories and development files transferred to us
• All Cloud, Server, API and third-party accounts registered under our ownership
• Clear milestones with specific deadlines
• Payment linked directly to completed and approved deliverables
• Regular progress reports and scheduled project updates
• Access to the development progress throughout the project
• No vendor lock-in
• Post-launch Warranty & Bug-Fixing Period
• Clearly defined Technical Support & Maintenance terms
• Confidentiality and NDA
• Clear terms covering delays, incomplete delivery, and project abandonment
• Final payment only after complete handover, testing, and acceptance
