Advanced Excel Automation & Analysis

I need a streamlined, repeatable workflow in Excel that cleans raw data and then runs a regression analysis, all triggered from an easy-to-use macro. The core of the job is twofold: build reliable data-cleaning routines (deduping, missing-value handling, consistent formatting) and embed a regression model that outputs coefficients, R-squared, residual plots and an at-a-glance summary sheet.

Please code everything in native Excel VBA—no external add-ins—so that with one click I can process any file that follows the same column structure. Comment the code clearly, label formulas, and supply a short user guide so I can tweak inputs or thresholds later.

Acceptance criteria
• One macro-enabled workbook (.xlsm) containing all cleaning and regression procedures
• Dynamic dashboard sheet with key statistics and charts automatically refreshed after each run
• End-to-end execution in under 30 seconds on ~20 k rows
• Solution passes tests on several unseen datasets I will supply before sign-off
