Senior TypeScript/Next.js Team for AI-Powered PWA | December 2026 Launch

We are seeking a senior development team to take over an existing consumer insights platform and deliver a production-ready, mobile-first web application with PWA installation by December 2026. This is a complete product delivery, not a landing page, prototype or reduced MVP.

The guided experience begins with paid-social or direct traffic, user consent and an image upload. It provides a genuine free insight, presents clearly priced optional unlocks, and leads into structured personal reports and ongoing AI guidance. The experience must feel fast and polished on mobile while remaining truthful to the user’s actual input.

We have a client-controlled TypeScript/Node.js monorepo with a deterministic calculation engine, versioned JSON output and PostgreSQL storage. The outgoing team reports that this foundation passes its tests, but it still requires independent verification and final acceptance. The customer application, payments, full AI integrations, localization and production infrastructure are not built. The first assignment is to audit the inherited code, reproduce the evidence and provide a costed takeover plan.

Delivery scope includes:
- An installable mobile-first PWA with a refined, accessible guided flow, reliable image upload and report experience.
- Next.js/React and TypeScript frontend work; Node.js services and PostgreSQL integration within the existing monorepo.
- Real image-analysis integration and grounded AI reporting. The deterministic engine remains the sole source of calculated facts; AI may interpret those facts but must not recalculate or change them.
- Passwordless accounts, client-owned user data and entitlements, one-time purchases and an optional subscription using Airwallex.
- Automatic language selection using device/browser preferences, with a user override; automatic local-currency selection using location signals, with curated rounded prices and checkout-country confirmation. The complete launch-market coverage will be agreed during confidential scoping.
- Privacy and consent controls, security, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation and production handover.

The work is organized as an initial takeover/M0 close-out followed by five product and launch milestones. All five later milestones must be live, tested and accepted for public production launch in December 2026. Native App Store and Play Store apps are not part of this engagement.

We strongly prefer a team with a named senior technical lead and demonstrated experience shipping production PWAs, payment/subscription systems, AI integrations and inherited codebases. Please do not bid as though the later product milestones are already built.

In your proposal, please provide:
1. Two relevant live products, your exact contribution, and what is still operating in production.
2. Your named team, roles, availability from October through December, and who personally owns architecture and delivery.
3. How you would verify an inherited codebase in the first 1–2 weeks.
4. A credible December delivery approach, major dependencies and the risks you would raise immediately.
5. An indicative cost and timeline broken into takeover audit, M0 close-out and the five subsequent milestones. State assumptions rather than hiding them.
