Advanced Cross-Platform Content Editor

I’m building an all-in-one content editor that lets users create, edit, and preview text, images, and video from the same interface. The application must run smoothly on both desktop (Windows/macOS; think Electron, WPF, or Qt) and mobile (iOS + Android via React Native, Flutter, or native SDKs). A future web version is possible, so clean, modular code is important.

Core text capabilities need to feel professional: real-time syntax highlighting for multiple languages, rich-text formatting (headings, links, tables, inline media), and an unobtrusive spell checker with multi-language dictionaries. Image tools should cover basic crop, resize, and metadata editing. Video handling can be limited to trimming, thumbnail capture, and playback preview for now.
