Advanced Credit Repair Processor

I run a busy credit-repair operation and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day processing work to an expert who already knows the ins and outs of Client Dispute Manager. Your main focus will be twofold: drafting and submitting airtight dispute letters to all three bureaus and keeping every client’s profile, notes, and timelines perfectly up to date inside the platform. Because I work with consumers who expect fast, compliant results, I can only bring on someone with proven, advanced-level experience in credit repair—not a beginner learning on the job.

You’ll be inside Client Dispute Manager each day, pulling fresh reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable items, choosing the correct dispute reason under FCRA guidelines, and generating letters that follow Metro 2 formatting where appropriate. When responses arrive, you’ll log outcomes, escalate stubborn items, and update the client’s portal so they see real-time progress.

Deliverables (ongoing):
• Accurate dispute letters mailed or uploaded to bureaus/creditors within 24 hours of assignment
• Client Dispute Manager records updated immediately after every action or response
• Weekly status recap sent to me highlighting wins, pending escalations, and any data changes needed

Acceptance criteria:
A task is considered complete when the corresponding dispute status inside Client Dispute Manager is updated, supporting documents are attached, and the client dashboard reflects the new score or item status.
